Nutritional Yeast Flakes

Nutritional yeast from pure strains of Saccharomyces cerevisiae grown on sugar cane molasses. After fermentation the yeast is harvested, washed,pasteurized and dried on roller drum dryers.

Provides 48.5g of protein per 100g.

Also a good source of selenium ,iron, zinc,vitamin B and dietary fibre.
